This edition was repressed in 2021 as one of ten Record of the Month LP’s chosen for the VMP 100 project, which celebrated 100 Record of the Month reissues. The album Everyday Robots was described by Albarn as his most personal record and was released on April 25th 2014. Both projects were indeed a success, but in 2014, he decided to embark on a solo project. Along with the live recording of the concert, the DVD also features the visual animations used during the performance. By 2007, the combined sales of their albums Gorillaz and Demon Days' had exceeded 15 million units. The performance took place in November 2005 at the Manchester Opera House in Manchester, England. Rated 5 in the best albums of 2005, and 584 of all-time album. The Vinyl Me, Please: Record of the Month reissue includes red translucent records, a sticker sheet & various items inspired by the album (as all their “Record of the Month” releases do) including artwork by Ariel Roman, a poem by Tyler Barstow & a cocktail recipe by Joe Spector. Demon Days Live at the Manchester Opera House (also known as Demon Days LIVE) is a recording of the Gorillaz live performance of their 2005 album, Demon Days.
Demon Days Live consisted of two residencies, with five shows played at the Manchester Opera House in England, and another five played at New York Citys Apollo Theater. The first vinyl release of Demon Days was a limited edition. Demon Days Live was a limited concert tour performed by the British alternative rock virtual band Gorillaz, in support of their second studio album Demon Days.
